Havel for UN Secretary General?

A number of bloggers, including the Instapundit, are calling for Kofi Annan to be removed as UN Secretary General based on allegations of widespread corruption. They're even raising Václav Havel as a potential replacement.

There's no question Havel would make a great secretary general. But the problem is that Havel's health probably isn't up to the demands of the job; just this weekend, he had to cut short a trip to Asia because - as it was originally reported - he slipped in the bathtub. Havel himself said he fell at least three times on the trip; problems with equilibrium are probably to blame.

UPDATE 16:14 241104: Lidové noviny is reporting that Havel's assistant has denied that Havel broke his leg. The assistant didn't say exactly what Havel's injury is, though.
