This short news-nugget is translated by me. New Cambodian King Speaks Czech Norodom Sihamoni, who was chosen yesterday as the new king of Cambodia, has a heartfelt relationship with Prague and fell in love with Czech culture. He is probably the only world leader who speaks fluent Czech. He lived in the then-Czechoslovakia from age 9, in 1962, and studied ballet until 1975, first at conservatory and then at AMU (the Academy of Musical Arts).
