VISA taxis: the form letter response

I just got another e-mail from VISA in response to the question of the VISA taxis. But what's funny is that it's remarkably the same as the one from a couple of days ago, even though it's from another person.

I quote:

Mail #1:

Dear Mr Arrellanes

Thanks you for your email.

Your comments and the comments in the articles you sent came as a surprise to us as the feedback we have had from people who have used or seen the taxis is generally positive. However, we will certainly be discussing your views and the views expressed in the articles with the taxi firm with a view to ensuring that their driving is of a high standard. We are clearly keen for any taxi bearing the Visa logo to be seen to be safe, convenient and reliable.

Mail #2:
Dear Mr Arellanes

Thank you for your e-mail I received on my return from holiday yesterday.

Your comments and those reflected in the articles come as a surprise to us as the general feedback we have received to date about the service has been positive. However, I would like to assure you that your views and those expressed in the articles are taken seriously. These are being discussed with the taxi firm with a view to ensure that their driving is of a high standard. We are clearly keen for any taxi bearing the Visa logo to be seen to be safe, convenient and reliable.

Evidence of a hive mind at the #1 credit card company in the world? Or maybe just evidence of some lazy flack giving a Kafkaville resident the Heisman?
